Would really recommend this collagen.been taking collagen for 6 months now.using different company's. Ancient collagen.aplied nutrients and vitabright.ive got to say this is excellent collagen.you can notice the difference when mixing it into my cup of tea..plus the main thing is it's the cheapest which is even better.absolute bargain for the £20.
Easy to take in my coffee or oats but I do feel like it has a slight after taste and sometimes clumps of you don’t stir it straightaway or enough but overall I do feel like my nails and hair feel better
