Arnica Montana 30C (Leopard's Bane), Bellis Perennis 30C (Daisy), Chamomilla 30C (Wild Chamomile), Ipecacuanha 30C (Ipecac), Lycopodium 30C (Clubmoss) Inactive ingredients: Dextrose and separating agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Directions
Chew one tablet on take-off, one approximately every two hours, and one after landing. However, intervals of up to four hours between tablets are acceptable if sleeping. Best taken separately from meals. Do not use in children under 12 months.
