    Directions

10mg of melatonin, great for helping with sleep

If you need melatonin for aiding sleep, these are great. 3 gummies is a 10mg melatonin dose, so you can choose to take more or less depending on your needs.

I take 2, or 6mg of melatonin per night and sleep like a baby. These gummies are easy to chew, don't taste bad and also have a bit of magnesium, which is known for improving sleep quality.

The container only has 20 servings of the 10mg dose, so not ideal if you need this all the time, but for occassional sleepless nights, this is a for sure, go-to resource.

oh my, it worked...

I tried melatonin a couple years ago, it did nothing for me. Tried it with 1,2,&3 one mg pills.
So having decided to try it again, yesterday these gummies arrived. I took 2 around an hour before lunch, figuring I'd taste them for the review but not expecting any effect.
Yikes - I napped the entire afternoon! Not just normal quickie nap, it was sleepy 3-4 napping!

Maybe it was the higher dose, maybe the added Mg, I dont know. But suddenly I'm a believer, I look forward to testing them next time I'm having trouble sleeping at night!
