I was surprised at how good these tasted they definitely help bring up your energy levels
Gummies are nicely shaped into bears & they don't seem to stick together like other gummy supplements. They have a tasty berry flavor & are sugar free. I like that there is this option versus using the tar version. However, it states that it should "replenish engery, overcome fatigue, boost your immunity, & enhance your mental clarity." I've been taking the recommended dosage of 2 gummies daily & unfortunately I cannot say that I have felt any of those benefits. However, as mentioned they're easy to take & taste good. I'm going to assume it's better than not taking them.

These gummies are not only adorably shaped (which is always a plus), but they taste nicely too. There is a 30-day supply included with this bottle, which is a decent amount for the price point. There is no unpleasant smell to the gummies, and any smell the gummies have is slightly fruity to gelatin-like. There were no obvious negative side effects from these gummies, but the benefits were the same as with similar shilajit products I have used in the past. I am pleased with this product and I would recommend.
I would recommend trying these to anyone, they are fresh and taste good!
