Carlyle Liposomal Vitamin C

I wanted a vitamin C in a capsule instead of a tablet and I found this. It is a liquid in a quick release capsule. It is a bit large, but extremely easy to swallow, at least for me. It is 2200 mg with a recommendation of taking 2 a day. There are 90 capsules in a bottle. I only take one a day and I am happy with that. This is an excellent form of vitamin C, and is such an essential vitamin to take. My skin is looking better. My overall health is better. I will be purchasing this again.
