Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 6.9mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 5mg -equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 4.1mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5mcg, Folic Acid 90mcg, Biotin 20mcg, Choline Bitartrate 25mg, Inositol25mg.

Directions of Use

For adults, take one tablet two times a day after a meal or as prescribed by a health professional.
