Tasmanian Meadow Honey is as natural as it can get. Freshly and carefully collected from the beehives around the pastures of Northern Tasmania where various species of wildflowers, such as blackberry hedgerows, buttercups, clover and thistles that grow along the streamside.

The combination of nectar collected by bees from these wildflower species gives Tasmania Meadow Honey a sweet, mild and natural flavor which makes it the perfect sweetener for any type of beverage. If you want a liquid texture, just let the container sit on hot water until the contents soften. 

It is 100% natural. Unlike many honey varieties, Meadow Honey is completely unheated and unfiltered which means the flavour is purely fresh and natural and the nutrients and beneficial properties are intact.
