VitaminC (ascorbic acid from sodium ascorbate 186.67 mg) 165 mg

Total Vitamin C 500 mg

No added lactose, yeast, egg, soy, artificial colours or artificial flavours

Directions For Use

Teenage Dosage (13 – 17 Years):

Chew two tablets daily during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Do not swallow whole.

Adult Dosage:
