Directions For Use

Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon), 3 to 4 times daily.

Children 5-12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon), 2 times daily.

Children 2-4 years: 7.5 - 15ml (1/2 - 1 tablespoon) per day.

Best taken at first sign of cold and flu - within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
