Each capsule of Nutralife-Evening Primrose Oil1000mg contains pure evening primrose oil cold-pressed from the seeds of evening primrose. Pure evening primrose oil is rich in essential fatty acids, such as gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, which are beneficial for alleviating inflammatory skin conditions and healthy blood circulation. It can also help provide relief for premenstrual syndrome or PMS and menopause symptoms.

Recommended Dosage:
